okay yesterday's 100m was alright i guess.
timing wasnt bad but my starting was.
last time, my starting used to be very good but now, it's like shit man.
cant seem to concentrate at all!
only my back part was good. because i learnt to relax! :)
so happy. finally! i learnt to relax myself and just run.
so i guess i learnt something from nats junior..

okay im believing and trusting in God that he'll make my last year memorable in a good way.

oh on friday, it was fun...
met with kavina for 'lunch'
then went down to support shengyu with artons, mark and weiquan.

okay angyujia here is quite pissed today.
because of training.

firstly, im not improving as quickly as i would like myself to.
it seems as though my form going down.
and it's really annoying because this is my last year and last nationals.
I WANT TO DO WELL DARN.
my 200m and 150m were slightly better than the training plan's timing.
but thats not enough! i know that if my form was better, i can clock a much better timing.
so got so friggin annoyed at myself because i HATE being slow and at the 120m, just chiong.
wahh. PB!! :)
haha. got a shock myself too.
the power of mental strength and determination man.
i guess shalom is right.
although you cant see the mental, it's so crucial.
no matter how fast your leg go, you cant be the top unless your heart pushes you forward too.
haha and of course, by God's grace tooooo! :)
so, GIRLS! ALL THE WAY OKAY!
we have to continue training hard and want to achieve the best that we can achieve!

secondly, i got realllllllyyyy pissing mad when others comment on our "SLACK" trainings with alot of rest.
THIS IS BECAUSE IT IS EFFECTIVE TRAINING!

you cant expect us to do all out for 200m and then rest 10 min and go for 150m.
mr lim wants us to be fresh before each run to ensure the maximum benefit.
muscles need time to relax.
he has his training plans for us and we trust him.
it's either speed endurance, high speed endurance, speed, etc.
doing more does not equal to better.
and trust us, our trg today was NOT slack

at all.

it's EFFECTIVE.
urgs. now i know how to jumpers felt when we thought they didnt train enough.
mr lim's training is EFFECTIVE okay.

church was great today.
while worshipping, God spoke to me.

firstly, we were just singing in tongues. when suddenly,
God told me
"child, sing this song for me."
and i opened my mouth and sang the song How Great Is Our God

almost immediately, the musicians changed the song and they started singing what i was initially singing.
ohman. i almost broke down then.
because frankly, i've been struggling bad with my relationship with God. and i keep wanting Him to confirm that he is always there.
although i know that only a sinful nation demands for signs.
aiyyahh.

then next, after sermon, we sang the song In Christ Alone
so while reading off the words on the screen, it suddenly struck me

all this time, i've been so focused on doing well for track so i can get a medal and to have something to be proud of.
but thank God for reminding me once again how His grace had brought me through everything.
i started off as one of the lousier runners. with the timing of 14.0s in sec4.
but he paved the way and allowed me into njc even with that lousy performance.
and since then, he let me improve by leaps and bounds.
and i found a passion that i so love.
no longer do i run and complain, hoping that trainings could end earlier.
yes and i listened to thomas and read one month of my 2003 entry (which was really embarrassing because my language was utterly crude) and i remembered those days where we'll play scissors paper stone to determine if we should go for track. and the outcome was almost always NO. because you win or lose, it's NO. hahaha.
okay back to point.
look where i am now.
i improved by more than 1 sec for goodness sake. and no im not trying to be shameless but im really proud of my running and the skills God has given me :)
so yes, i need to refocus.
because, those trophies could not equal to the grace by which I stand.

now, since i have time, i shall blog abt saturday too.
everything was cancelled last minute so tuition was off too.
went with mark to join his friends from the cell group.
gary was there too. who was deemed to be very gary-like (round). more on that idiot later on. haha

IM SO TEMPTED TO STOP PLAYING DOTA FOREVER.
oh mygoodness. was a super feeder during the first game
so bad that when i was level 8, everyone was like level 12 and beyond!
hahahah.
and i think gary was so fed up with me during the game,. tsk.
but it wasnt really my fault because i really didnt know what to do! haha!
and i cant help it that once the opponents are within range, they'll target me because it's easy kill.....
so decided to stop playing at stay at base.
HAHAH.
but the second game was better.
followed behind mark instead of gary now.
haha.
at least i wasnt lagging behind.

but gary got so fed up with his team that he stopped playing.
so he helped to control my character.
which, AHEM, owned everyone.

okay as usual i was late but i tried my best okay! haha.
so while messaging her to say sorry, i missed my bus! and had to wait another 15 minutes or so.

finally! yesterday's training was satisfying.
trained till i ache. haha :)
but it feels good to finally feel so tired after training.
makes me feel as though i could start improving tremendously once again! :)

and im pleased by the girls' performance :)

hehe. after training, grace taught shalom and me how to do her alien face.
well, not like shes not one normally but thats besides the point.
haha.. shalom's face is like her frozen smile and grace, she just looks normal.
